Command Overview The batch command is used to process a series of commands which are stored on a worksheet, one after the other until the first blank line is encountered.

Syntax The command is entered on the command line as the command name ( "bc") followed by the name of the sheet which contains the commands and then the upper left hand corner of the range to be processed. An example of the command is: bc sheet=$Batch ulc=c3 In this instance, the commands on the sheet named $Batch are to be processed, starting with the command in cell c3. Commands may include not only XL Audit Commander commands, but also specify substiutions to be made. Substitution parameters are of the format <parameter>=value, where each occurence of the text <parameter> in following commands will be replaced by the text in value. For example the command <Sheet>=Invoice will result in the following transaformation: be ds=rng sheet=<Sheet> type=f1 recap=b5 be ds=rng sheet=Invoice type=f1 recap=b5. Note that multiple substitution parameters may exist within the same command. The following is a listing of all parameter values for the bc command:
